Hands-On Pre-Health Training at Marquam Hill

Volunteering

Gain experience with our phase II-IV clinical trials. Using electronic medical records(EPIC), develop data management and clinical research skills, acquire medical knowledge, and develop communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills. Volunteers will report to and work under the supervision of research coordinators and the PI, Dr. Akram Khan, MBBS.

Join PRISM Research

    • Conduct chart reviews via EPIC EMR

    • Enter information into a secure database.

    • Support research coordinators in various tasks.

    • 1 to 2 half days (4-hr shifts/wk)

    • 6 to 12 months commitment

    • Marquam Hill - Emma Jones Hall in person

    • Pre-health students interested in research

    • International medical graduates with employment authorization documents
